Basics:

The safety and health of our guests are our priority.

• We are located in the southern part of the Kłodzko Valley in a small, peaceful and quiet village of Nagodzice, away from the city, without crowds, close to the forest.
• 99.9% of the time there is blissful silence here, but consider that you are coming to a rural area, not to a complete wilderness. It may happen that a neighbor starts mowing the grass, a tractor drives by, the village can sometimes be quite loud!
• We are intimate. There are only 4 tents on the Vegan House premises, 20 meters apart. We also have 2, 2-person rooms in the building of a renovated old barn. However, if you choose a date in the high season, we will most likely be full of guests, i.e. 12, 14 people. Most people come for peace and quiet, but someone may come with a barking dog, children in the neighboring tent will start playing loudly.
• The resort includes 3 hectares of greenery, where everyone can find their own, peaceful oasis.
• The surrounding mountain ranges, numerous monuments and still a small number of tourists compared to other parts of the country, provide the opportunity to organize unforgettable, solitary trips.
• The sauna room is reserved exclusively, for a specific hour. Reservation is made by entering the hour and day on the board – for information for other Guests. The sauna is charged PLN 50 per day!
• After the Guest checks out, the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
• Bed linen and towels are washed at 90o C
• Each tent contains soap and dishwashing liquid, towels (read more about the equipment in the description of the facilities)
• On the premises of the resort, we disinfect touch surfaces – door handles, handles, light switches, countertops.

What should I bring?

Remember that you are coming to the mountains and to the countryside. Our tents are comfortable, but we want to leave the surroundings as natural as possible. Around the tents there is a birch forest and a meadow that is only partially mowed. There are no paved paths or squares. The weather in the mountains is changeable, so bring clothes for different weather conditions. Appropriate footwear will come in handy from the moment you arrive! If it is raining or snowing, the paths may be slippery. Wellington boots will be useful to walk on the meadow with dry feet when it rains. At night and sometimes during the day, wild animals such as roe deer, deer (we saw them), or wild boars (we haven’t seen them yet) may appear in the meadow. A bee or a gadfly may fly into the tent.

Do you have internet?

There is WiFi throughout the entire resort.

Can I come with a child?

Of course you can!

Is it possible to provide an extra bed?

We currently do not have a baby cot available.

Are there any attractions for children?

In Międzylesie, a fifteen-minute walk from Vegan House, there is an outdoor swimming pool, open in the summer season. In the area there are several horse farms, ski lifts and bike trails. A big attraction for children and adults is visiting the castle at night with torches, in Miedzylesie.

Are the tents air-conditioned?

Yes. All tents have air conditioning and curtains that block out the sun. The coating of the panoramic window is thin and heats up quickly, so during periods of very high temperatures it is necessary to cover the window to prevent the tent from heating up too much.

Can I bring a dog/cat/rabbit?

Yes, all pets are welcome, provided they are not aggressive.

Are the meals served at Vegan House 100% vegan?

Yes.

What if a customer has a food allergy to some ingredients – will an alternative be prepared for them?

We are ready to prepare meals according to the needs of our guests if we are informed in advance.

Can I change the date of my paid reservation?

Yes, but if the reservation is less than 30 days from the date you sent us the information, we will charge a 20% fee for the blocked date from the paid reservation. If the date is less than 7 days before arrival, we will not refund the money paid and will not postpone the reservation.

Are there any shops nearby?

Yes. Our resort is three kilometers from Międzylesie. Międzylesie has shops, gas stations, a train station, and even a castle!

Is there a place to park a car?

Yes. There is a paved area where you can leave your car, free of charge.

Is there a place to store a bike?

Yes, we can store bikes in one of our buildings.

Are the tents heated?

Yes. All tents are equipped with an air conditioner with heating and cooling function, a wood fireplace and electric floor mats. Remember, however, that you are arriving in a tent! The tent has no thermal insulation, so it cools down or heats up quickly. In extreme weather conditions, you need to spend more time heating the tent (often adding wood to the fireplace) or spend more time outside the tent. For example, in the summer, during high temperatures, we recommend spending time on the terrace on sun loungers, walking or other activities outside the tent.

Is there a place to make a bonfire?

Of course!

Can I barbecue on the resort premises?

Yes, as long as you don’t disturb the other guests (remember also that we don’t eat sausages here 😉
