TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND REDEMPTION OF THE VOUCHER

 - BLACK LIMITED VERSION

FOR AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE PURCHASER AND/OR USER, ISSUED BY CAMPSITE VEGAN HOUSE, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "ISSUER".

Definitions

ISSUER- UVD Monika Kokoszyńska, siedziba: Nagodzice 35, 57-530 Międzylesie, NIP 5541026924

VOUCHER - a graphic file in jpg format, prepared for printing on a home inkjet printer, with a unique number. Available for purchase on 20 November 2020  to 27 November 2020 until midnight.

PURCHASER - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, which has concluded with UVD Monika Kokoszyńska a contract for the issue of a Card.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. After the purchase, the Issuer undertakes to deliver the Voucher to the Purchaser (via e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the Purchaser) no later than 3 days after receipt of confirmation of the transfer and to accept it for processing at Vegan House campsite, Nagodzice 35, 57-530 Międzylesie. The number of Vouchers is limited to 10

The Purchaser undertakes to pay for the Voucher in the amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher, i.e. PLN 900 gross (in words: nine hundred) to the account: Bank Spółdzielczy w Kłodzku 83952300017001326930000001, title: Voucher Black Friday 2020, not later than 27.11.2020 until midnight. The date of the transfer is important, as shown on the confirmation of the transfer generated from the bank.

3. The voucher authorizes you to book accommodation in Vegan House, in a spherical tent for 2 people, with food for 4 nights/day, on dates that at the time of booking (date) are not covered by special prices such as promotions, stay packages, events, e.g. culinary workshops, Christmas and New Year holidays, etc.. If you wish to participate in the event, there is a possibility of additional payment.

4.. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions and we reserve the right to refuse to use the voucher on dates when themed and organized events take place in the resort.

5. Each additional person in the tent (child) and additional food is additionally paid. Price to be agreed depending on the child's age.
6. The voucher will be delivered in a graphic form prepared for printing on a home printer or at a specialized point with inkjet printers.

7. Each Voucher has a unique number, which must be provided when redeeming the Voucher.

8. A voucher may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

9. The voucher must be redeemed once and in full.

10. The campsite shall not be liable for a voucher that has been lost or damaged after it has been handed over to the Purchaser.

11. The Purchaser or User of the Voucher shall not be entitled to any claims against the campsite for the loss (including theft) or destruction of the Voucher.

12. The Voucher's validity period appears on the Voucher and must be redeemed by the end of 2022.

1. THE TERMS OF USE OF THE VOUCHER

1. The Voucher User is obliged to book the date of use of the Voucher by email info@veganhouse.pl

2. Vegan House campsite accepts only Vouchers for redemption, which the user can send to the email address of the Issuer.

3. When redeeming the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive the remaining unused amount of the Voucher when the value of the service is lower than the value of the Voucher.

4. The User is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card or credit card when the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the presented Voucher or the scope of the Voucher does not include it.

5. Vegan House campsite has the right to refuse the redemption of a Voucher when:
6. a) the Voucher has expired, i.e. after 2022
7. b) damage to the Voucher prevents the data stored on the Voucher from being read.

III. VOUCHER SETTLEMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

1. The Purchaser receives a VAT invoice when purchasing the Voucher.

2. Any complaints related to the purchase of goods and / or services using the Voucher will be considered by the Vegan House campsite at the request of the Purchaser or User, after submitting a written complaint sent by email to info@veganhouse.pl with the title - complaintV.
3. The basis for acknowledgement of a complaint about a good or service is a VAT invoice issued when purchasing the Voucher.

4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt by email info@veganhouse.pl

   PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of personal data is Monika Kokoszyńska, conducting business activity under the company UVD Monika Kokoszyńska, Nagodzice 35, 57-530 Międzylesie, NIP: 554-102-69-24.

2. Data will be processed for the purpose of providing services specified in these regulations and for other purposes that result from applicable regulations (e.g. preparation of tax documentation, complaint processes) and for justified purposes of UVD Monika Kokoszyńska, as indicated on the website https://veganhouse.pl/en/polityka-prywatnosci, subsection Personal information.

3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to fulfil the service.

4. As part of the service, the Purchaser's personal data will be disclosed to entities that provide services to or on behalf of UVD Monika Kokoszyńska. In this case, they will be e.g. contractors and suppliers of IT systems and technical support services for these systems. These entities will be obliged to process personal data only according to explicit guidelines and to keep them confidential.

5. The data will be processed for the period resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code, until the limitation period for claims related to services rendered pursuant to these Regulations and any complaints.

6. The Purchaser has the right to access their personal data, to rectify them, and to control their processing or request to suspend their processing, their removal or transfer their removal or transfer as well as to object to their processing.

8. The Purchaser has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uodo.gov.pl).

1. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Purchaser and / or User upon receipt of the Voucher declares that he has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its content in full and undertakes to comply with its provisions.

2. The User through the redemption of the Voucher confirms the order to use it, to the extent specified in the Regulations.

3. The content of these Regulations is available on the Issuer's website at www.veganhouse.pl . The campsite is obliged to provide the Regulations to the Purchaser and / or the User upon each request.

4. The Issuer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, provided that it does not violate the acquired rights of Purchasers and/or Users. Any changes to the content of the Regulations will be constantly updated and made available on the Issuer's website.

5. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

6. The Regulations apply from November 20, 2020.
