Detailed program of workshops at Vegan House, October 2023, Friday-Monday.
Friday
Arrival from 16.00
Upon arrival, healthy snacks and fruit will be served in our Vegan House café.
18.30/ After unpacking and familiarizing yourself with the place, dinner awaits you.
20.30/ Session in fragrant sauna (aromatherapy, exfoliation and moisturising with natural oils)
22.30/ Come to the bonfire to listen to the sounds of nature, gongs, and/or use the meditation room.
Saturday
7.00/ Light breakfast consisting of fruit, healthy snacks and smoothie brought to your accommodation.
8.00/ Yoga Session – 1,5h .
10.00/ Main breakfast is served, in the café. After the meal, there is a bit of free time to yourself.
12.30-14.00 / In this session you will learn about breathing techniques, you will receive an introduction to cold therapy. In the practical part we will face cold water exposure. This part of the workshop will show you the new ways of building resilience, regaining energy and everyday joy.
15.00/ Lunch, healthy, deliciously filling.
16.30-18.00 / Lecture and practical exercises on self-massage (face yoga) and correct posture.
What is self-massage (face yoga); face, neck, chest and neck massage - primarily eliminates swelling, relieves pain and muscle tension. Stimulated lymphatic system drains and neutralizes toxins and other harmful substances from the body. The facial muscles rise and the blood-supplied skin regains healthy colour and glow
18.30/ Dinner.

11.00-16.00 / After the meal trip to Międzygórze for 5 hour hike to highest mountain in the area Śnieżnik - 1423m
16.30/ Lunch, healthy, deliciously filling.
Workshop is ending after the lunch.
The cost of the workshop includes accommodation, all meals and activities in the above-mentioned program.
Accommodation in 3-person spherical tents and 2-person rooms.
Below are 3 price options depending on the number of people in the tent or room:
3 persons in spherical tent: 1420 PLN – per person
2 persons in spherical tent: 1920 PLN – per person
1 person in spherical tent: 3480 PLN
